Morgan show

Last weekend Jeanette and I went to the Morgan horse show that's in town all week. This is the World Championship for Morgan horses and there were all sorts of events. Everything from English and Western riding, to drawn carts and featured geldings, mares and more.
Since neither of us had been to a show
like this previously, it was a whole
new world and opened our eyes to the amazing culture, devotion and wealth in the sport.
It was quite fun, and I even made friends with folks out from California who brought 16 horses and performed well in their events. We started chatting when they had their two yorkies outside near my room at the hotel, and Triton played with them! Very nice folks who we might help with packing up tomorrow morning!
