Seed bread

I attempted yet another loaf of bread this week before I left town. I used my sourdough starter and just sorta threw the loaf together based on several previously used recipes.
It rose well, and on the second rise I mixed in a bunch of sunflower, chia, flax, poppy, sesame and caraway seeds, and fresh chopped rosemary. I think I kneaded it slightly too long, but it still rose well on the second rise.
As you can see, it baked up beautifully and I shared it with my neighbors (watering my plants while I'm gone), and my girlfriend Angela.
