Jeanette and I spent nearly 2 hours tasting the goodies, taking in the eye candy, (waiting in the longest line- honestly), and enjoying the refreshing change from the Walmartians we've become accustomed to seeing.
We gathered some healthy snacks and dinner, including goat cheeses with jalapeño pesto and another with fig jam and marcona almonds. With samplings of different hot food from their selection, and a great chocolate chip spelt cookie and dense and chewy gingersnap, we indulged.
We also gathered some chips and chocolate for classmates who were thankful for the treats!

I was inspired by our fig/goat cheese and the pesto jalapeno/goat cheese. When I got home I made pistachio nut with agave nectar on top of goat cheese. It was quite tasty.
